PB&J Smoothie Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries (or other berries you love)
- 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 scoop LSF Vanilla Plant Protein
- 1 scoop LSF Wing Woman Immunity Boost
Add all ingredients whilom in the order listed to a blender. Blend on upper until smooth and enjoy!
