These are simple steps to help you build new habits that stick for 2022
- Think well-nigh that person you want to be this year….what does she do?
- Jot lanugo some habits you would like to add into your day. Be specific (when, when, where)
- Don’t try to do it all at once. Pick 1-3 that are most important to you and start there.
- Add it into your day and nail it to something you once do. For example, if you want to make your bed every morning you could say “every morning when I get out of bed I will make it surpassing I do anything else. You once get out of bed daily (habit) so now you can increasingly hands add the new habit of “making the bed” as part of it.
